International Speedway Corporation (ISC) announced Joie Chitwood III has resigned his position as Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer of ISC, effective November 30, 2019.
  Joie Chitwood III has been with ISC for 10 years.
Cummins Announces Executive Leadership Changes

Cummins President and COO Rich Freeland will retire after 40 years of service with the company. As part of Cummins’ successions plans, leadership appointments are also taking place, all of which are effective October 15.
  Distribution President Tony Satterthwaite will succeed Rich Freeland as President and COO.
NASCAR Announces 2020 Participation Guidelines, Event Dates

Updates have been announced for the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Gander Outdoors Trucks Series along with dates and tracks for the 2020 Dash 4 Cash and Triple Truck Challenge events.
  As one of the biggest changes, the NASCAR Xfinity Series field will be reduced from 38 to 36 cars.
College Athletes Selected To Join NASCAR Drive For Diversity Pit Crew Development Program

Since its inception, more than 100 athletes have participated in the program and more than 65 graduates have worked in the sport on the national level.
  NASCAR and Rev Racing have chosen seven participants to join the program for 2019 and 2020.
